Not only is it the most convenient with the ability to park right at the ship, but it is also the most reliable option we’ve found. There is a garage located right near each cruise terminal. We have used this service several times; and are very pleased with them. Really do like the new location (closer to the port).

We were waiting first but other people got on before us and there was little room left for our family of four. The parking facility and service at the facility were just fine. The hour and half that we spent trying to find your location were horrific. Please be sure to advise future customers of your new address/name. One the van to the ship, there were three other couples in that van that had the same horrible time finding your garage. Do I need to reserve a parking spot before I arrive?

I callled customer service for directions and they say once in the lot turn only right, but the lot had all left turns! The parking attendant was very aggressive. The driver of the shuttle van was very accommodating , kind and professional. Pick up was efficient and timely but trying to navigate that lot is confusing.

Courteous and efficient drivers

Would Not Recommend
My family was split between two vans. First driver was apologetic and polite. Second driver was rude and unhelpful, dropped everyone on 6th floor, forcing us to walk with our luggage to 8th floor.
The attendants are always courteous and helpful. We received exactly the type of service we expected. Great Experience at all pointsNo problems with parking, company is organized and service is great.

Enter garage, take ticket from machine, make left turn, go up ramp then make right turns until 7th level to see attendant.
It ended up taking us 45 minutes to get picked up. Not very fun and a good waste of our time. Other than that, the drop off was good and the parking was good. Poor transportation to and from Parking garage to Port and back. We had to wait an hour before the van came to pick us up at the Port and return to the parking garage. We only saw three vans in action and Premier Cruise claimed that 5 vans were in service.
Everything good up until we returned from the cruise. We were in a hurry, when we got to our car, we were blocked in by other cars parked behind us. Someone made a mistake on when we would return. This mistake put us behind by 30 mins.
There was a van from Premier there but unfortunately we did not make it on. The driver informed us that the next van was on its way. Several people followed directions and gathered behind us but others just laughed and moved closer to where the traffic was entering into the port. Well after standing for over 45 minutes the van stopped a distance away from us, closer to the entrance.
My only downside which is not their fault is the city had a lot of streets closed which made it hard getting to the parking garage. I had trouble with the parking garage when I arrived. Also when leaving the boat waited for over 30 minutes for a ride back to garage. Many people trying to get back to garage.
