If it would have been settled the right way we were thinking about applying the following year to move there, but I wouldn't recommend anybody to rent at Serrano because of the poor management. So we signed the offer to hold it and paid for that $290. We left so happy and already planning to move, unfortunately we had some personal issues which didn't allow us to finalize the move. I went to cancel the hold on Thursday afternoon after I finally got off work and got my answer which blocked us to change of community.
